I'm glad you took the time to read these few paragraphs.

My name is Ruben; I am 27 years old, born and raised in the city of Los Angeles.  I've been locked up since I was 17.  I'm serving a lengthy prison sentence and I was recently given an indeterminate SHU program at Pelican Bay State Prison- this translates to “I'm going to be in the ‘hole' for at least a few years.”

Now that I'm in the ‘hole,' I have a lot of free time on my hands, so I'm trying to find female pen pals.  I'm not looking for anything specific, just someone to keep company with through letters.  I'm not concerned with looks because to me, as long as a woman is truthful and sincere, physical appearance doesn't mean much.  And whether you have lady-like qualities, or are on the wild-side, it's all good to me.

Over the years, I have educated myself.  I can hold an intellectual conversation on a variety of topics, or if you want, I can get ghetto with it.  I'm a very social person.  I'm sure that through being pen-pals, we'll become genuine friends.  So if you happen to feel the same way, go ahead and introduce yourself.  My address is below.
