My name is Derrick, 29 years of age, single, Ht. 6.0, Wt. 200 lbs, born and raised in Dayton, OH.

I'm loyal, nonjudgmental, down to earth, very straightforward, spontaneous, loving, honest, not into head games, confident, compassionate and laid-back.

I like to travel, meet new and real people, learn new things, read, listen to music, work out, play sports, grow on all aspects of life and many more spontaneous things I would like to share with you .

I don't do drugs, drink, smoke or have kids, but have nothing against those that smoke, have kids, and so some casual drinking.

I come from a family of six (three brothers, two sisters), but lost a brother December 24, 2004, and my beautiful mother February 24, 2005.

While incarcerated I've completed 466 hours of masonry and carpentry, but had to drop out due to hard times. I have a strong passion for seafood, navy blue, muscle cars, being surrounded by real people and brutal honesty.

I'm in search of a friend that's down to earth but more importantly non-judgmental to my situation and circumstances, honest and not into head games, compassionate, spontaneous, not afraid to live and grow on a level that's hard to find, loving, confident and intellectual.

I'm not a young man that bases my friendships on color of the skin, how you look, what you can or cannot do, but the nature of a person's character. Though, under the circumstances it's hard to find someone that's just as real and non-judgemental as myself, so I'm reaching out to you with hopes that a friendship can be formed. Don't be afraid to be yourself. As you get to know me, you'll see that I'm not a monster but a young man that made mistakes. Give it some thought and until next time I await your response.
