• Do not send email messages to more than three (3) inmates per month. If you send email messages to more than that, we may choose which inmates to forward your message to (usually those most in need of mail) or discontinue forwarding your messages altogether. Choose carefully who you want to write to and then give them a chance (at least 3-4 weeks) to write you back. 

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• After this email message is sent, any further correspondence between you and this inmate must be by regular mail.

• The street address or po box that you are providing is a valid one.

• Attachments, photos, and messages with objectionable content will not be forwarded.

• Do NOT include your email address anywhere in the message.
